All commercial and housing banks operating in Haiti under the supervision of the Central Bank (BRH), including the state-owned ones, are FDI’s financial intermediaries. By the time  being, the list is established as follows:

 Concerning the MFIs, they are admitted as Financial Intermediaries on a case by case basis. They are submitted to an FDI assessment on the basis of a set of criteria jointly adopted with BRH’s Supervision Department (MFIs' performance evaluation criteria).
